#2. PASSIVE SMOKING
Even passive smoking can have ill effects, something, which is much harder for the gigging vocalist to avoid. If you find yourself in a smoky environment you need to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and moisten the throat. Both smokers and passive smokers need to take vitamin supplements, especially vitamin C, as smoking leeches these nutrients from your body.
